This case study was a result of a design challenge for a senior UX designer position in at a UX consulting company in Taipei, Taiwan. I was given a week to conduct research and redesign a UI for Taiwan Post Office’s mobile app. Below are a few highlights from the slide deck.
The majority of the young generation in Taiwan have a Post Office Bank account, usually set up during their student years by their parents. However, the bank account is often neglected, especially after college graduation where they switch to other competitor banks.
We want to figure out why and how we can increase the young generation, especially college students, to use their Post Office Bank accounts more, especially after graduating college.
